| HAYRIDE Inside light greenish yellow (6D) with a moderate orange (172D) throat; outside a blend of strong brown-moderate orange (172A-D); dark spots on basal of each petal (spots elongated along petal folds); nectaries light green frosted; pollen rust-coloured; stigma creamy white. Fls 150mm wide; petals 80 x 3lmm, not ruffled, tips slightly recurved. Lvs alternate, 88 x 10mm, darker than moderate olive green (137A). Stems 0.9m, moderate olive green (137A), with 8-16 fls. Similar to 'Indian Brave' except in flower orientation and, on average, a taller plant. |
